Overcoming transition challenges for young people with Asperger syndrome
With the recent government announcement of a national autism strategy and the appointment of a new Autism champion at the DoH, the profile of this invisible disability is set to rise dramatically. In addition, a study on the needs of those in transition from children's to adult services has also been commissioned by the Department for Children, Schools and Families and the DoH.
