Positive Behaviour Support: Leadership event
This one day event aims to inspire current and future leaders to explore and identify how to deliver person centred support and identify ways to positively develop and support their staff and themselves.
David Pitonyak has the capacity to enable people to reflect on their practice, opinions and beliefs.
Changing the culture of practice in services that support people requires constant review and reflection; we know that change most often occurs because individuals feel inspired to bring about that change, not because services require it.
